Dhanush and Aishwarya announced their separation on Monday night. While Dhanush issued the statement on Twitter, Aishwarya shared the news on Instagram. Their similar statement read: “18 years together as friends, couple, parents and as each other’s well wishers. The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjustment and adaptation. Today we stand at a place where Our paths part ways. (Aishwarya and Dhanush) have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better.”
