Lviv Mayor Andrey Sadovy said on the Telegram messaging app early Tuesday that Russia carried out an overnight air raid on the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, rocking it and the surrounding area with explosions.
It was not immediately clear whether the explosion was Ukraine’s defense system repelling the attack or the target being hit.
