The Jews of Ethiopia Organization called aliyah of the remaining Jews of Ethiopia to appeal to the government on Wednesday to bring them to Israel as they are in immediate danger due to the deteriorating political and humanitarian situation in the country, N12 reported.
“We have received reports from family members of Jewish communities about the Ethiopian government’s efforts to recruit youth into the military,” the organization said.
“Some are forced to flee and others are hiding from fierce fighting. It is needless to mention what will happen when insurgents or forces enter the community premises.”
