It is believed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has given time to Congress President Sonia Gandhi to appear after three weeks of demand, citing Kovid.
The ED had earlier summoned Sonia on June 8 to appear in the money laundering case related to the National Herald case. She has sought time as she is still recovering from Covid.
Meanwhile, it will be a show of strength for the Congress when Rahul Gandhi appears before the ED on June 13. Congress leaders are expected to accompany him.
