Baba Vanga, the blind Bulgarian mystic, has made several predictions in her lifetime, many of which turned out to be true. Born as Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova, she might have passed away more than two decades ago, but her prophecies continue to remain a topic of discussion among people. From foreseeing the deadly 9/11 attack to the Chernobyl disaster and Princess Diana’s death, Baba Vanga has time and again surprised the world with her gifted abilities of foresight. While the year 2024 has just begun, Baba Vanga has some predictions for this year as well, which concern severe events and natural disasters.
Major Climate Changes
According to Baba Vanga’s prediction, the world might see some severe weather events and natural disasters in 2024. In the wake of the findings in a study in Science Advances, while global heat waves are now occurring 67 per cent more frequently, increasing the highest temperatures, they are also expected to have a significant impact on climate conditions. Also, the World Meteorological Organization has stated a “high probability” in 2024 for a record-high year. According to The Sun report, the mystic has also forecast an orbital change that could cause devastating natural disasters.
Cyber Attacks
At the time of her death, when the internet was still in its growing stage, Baba Vanga predicted rising cyberattacks in 2024. She predicted major events, particularly targeting critical infrastructure like power grids and water treatment plans and causing potential security risks on a global scale.
Economic Crisis
According to another of Baba Vanga’s predictions, the year 2024 will also see a shift in global economics, leading to escalated geopolitical tensions and levels of debt. This prediction comes at a time when leading global powers like the US continue to grapple with inflation, Japan is witnessing economic contractions, and the UK is struggling with factors like high interest rates and low productivity. China is also facing economic hurdles.
Cure For Diseases
According to The Sun, Baba Vanga has also predicted that the world might find cures for severe health conditions like Alzheimer’s and cancer. Recently, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a statement about the ongoing research on cancer in Russia. He spoke about reaching a significant milestone in the development of cancer vaccines and next-generation immunomodulatory drugs.
Biological Weapon Tests Or Attacks
Last but not least, the mystic has also made a prediction about the possibility of biological weapon tests or attacks this year, hinting toward increased terrorist activities.
