The world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn released the list of Top Companies 2023 for India, determined by the work of millions of professionals on the platform. The seventh annual edition reveals the 25 best workplaces where professionals can advance their careers in India and many of these companies are currently hiring for specific roles. The list also provides valuable insight on in-demand skills, top locations, and biggest job functions at these companies that professionals can use to help them land job opportunities.

To put together this list, the network leveraged its platform data to rank companies based on eight pillars, which cover career progression such as potential to grow; Skill Development; stability of the company; outdoor opportunities; company relations; gender diversity; Educational background and employee presence in the country.

Tata Consultancy Services (#1) emerged as the top company this year, followed by Amazon (#2) and Morgan Stanley (#3). This year’s list marks a shift from tech companies, which dominated the list last year, with companies from financial services, oil and gas, business services, manufacturing and gaming.
