Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO Share Allotment Status Today: The initial public offering (IPO) of agrochemical firm Dharmaj Crop Guard was subscribed 35.49 times against 80.12 lakh shares, which were offered during the subscription period of November 28-30, 2022.

The shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were subscribed 48.21 times, while non-institutional investors were subscribed 52.29 times and retail individual investors (RIIs) were subscribed 21.53 times. Separately, the employees’ portion was subscribed 7.48 times, the data showed.

According to market observers, Dharmaj Crop Guard shares are available at a premium (GMP) of Rs 55 today in the gray market. The shares of the company are expected to get listed on the stock exchanges BSE and NSE on Thursday, December 8, 2022, later this week.

“The company has a diversified set of products with customers in both domestic and international markets. The operations look relatively small compared to its peers, however, revenue, EBITDA and margins are growing,” said Abhay Doshi, Co-Founder, UnlistedArena , at the upper band after the fresh issue, puts the sought P/E on FY22 earnings basis at about 27.8 times after the fresh issue.

The agrochemical company will make its debut on BSE and NSE on 8th December in the 32nd listing on the mainboard in the current calendar year.

Dharmaj Crop Guard manufactures a range of agrochemicals like insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, micro fertilizers and antibiotics and distributes them to B2C and B2B customers.

It also exports products to over 66 customers in 25 countries in Latin America, East Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.

Refunds will be credited to the bank accounts of unsuccessful investors by December 6 and eligible investors will receive their shares in their demat accounts on the same day.
