New Delhi: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray on Sunday reacted to the Jahangirpuri violence case, saying “such things should be answered in this manner”.

The clashes followed incidents of stone pelting during the Shobha Yatra from Jahangirpuri area of ​​the national capital on Saturday evening.

In this incident, miscreants vandalized several vehicles and also attacked police officers.

According to DCP North-West Usha Rangnani, nine people, including eight police personnel and a civilian, were injured in the incident.

“A sub-inspector sustained bullet injuries. His condition is stable,” the DCP said.

A total of 14 people have been arrested in this case so far.

Notably, MNS has also been raising the issue of using loudspeakers for prayers in major mosques.

“We don’t want riots in Maharashtra. No one opposed offering namaz. But if you (Muslims) do it over loudspeakers, we will use loudspeakers for it too. Muslims should understand that religion is not bigger than that. Law. After May 3, I will see what to do,” he said.

According to ANI, Raj Thackeray will visit Ayodhya on June 5 and will hold his next public meeting in Aurangabad on May 1.
