APP Atul Srivastava opposed this and said that it was Ashutosh who had given his car to a person who did not have a driving license. Whether he is involved in the conspiracy or not remains to be seen.

APP Srivastava said that we are opposing the bail application. The investigation is in preliminary stage. Facial recognition and medical tests are to be done to investigate the matter.
