DATIA: Congress General Secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, arrived at Datia On Friday in Madhya Pradesh where he met Mr. worshiped in Peetambara PeethA party leader said.
Shri Pitambara Peeth is a complex of Hindu temples and a famous ‘Shakti Peeth’ in the country.
Congress MLA from Sevadha assembly constituency of Madhya Pradesh Priyanka Gandhi Vadra arrived in a special aircraft to offer prayers at the famous temple here. Ghanshyam Singh told PTI.
Elaborate security arrangements were made in view of his visit and devotees were barred from entering the premises.
Party sources said the Congress leader is likely to leave for Lucknow in the afternoon from Datia.
