An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Parimpora area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Monday.
“The encounter started at Malhura in Parimpora area of Srinagar. Police and security forces are on the job,” police said.
A joint team of police and army cordoned off the area and started the search operation after the encounter took place. Security forces had received specific information about the hiding of terrorists in the area.
