4 sisters and 2 brothers were sleeping with their parents in a broken house in Babin village of Auraiya district of UP. Suddenly it started raining heavily, then there was the sound of firing outside the house. Breaking the door, 10 people including 3 men and a woman came inside the house and abusing a 13-year-old girl took her to the ravine of Chambal.

In Dacoit Ki Kahani-3, today the story of the same girl, Seema Parihar, who later became the queen of Chambal’s ravines spread over 6 lakh acres…

The police abused the father and said, “Your daughter must have run away with someone.”
In the year 1983, the border was taken to the ravine after walking the whole night crying and pleading. After reaching there, Seema learns that she has been kidnapped by the notorious Chambal dacoit Lalaram and his gang members Shriram, Suresh Lodhi and Sushma Nain.

Rape was done continuously keeping a small border under strict surveillance. The house adjoining Seema will complain to the police and the police will take her away. But it didn’t happen. His father made lakhs of efforts, wandering from door to door; Even went to the police but the police did not even register the report. The police said, “Come out from here, your daughter must have run away with someone and you have come here to report.”

Meanwhile, Seema also tried to escape from the ravines many times but could not escape from the clutches of dacoits. Lalaram had spoken to 20 bandits engaged in surveillance. If the girl tries to run away, shoot her.

The gun was picked up on hearing the news of the parents going to jail
3 years passed in the ravines of Chambal. One day a little boy from a neighboring village met Seema in the forest. He told Seema, “Bua, the police have put your parents and brother in jail. Your house has even been attached.”

By now Seema had become comfortable with kidnapper Lala Ram. He asked Lalaram, “I have not done anything, I have not even touched the gun, then why should my parents be treated like this?” Lalaram said, “The police have declared you a dacoit for all the kidnappings, dacoities, murders I have done so far. That’s why she’s doing it.” After this, at the age of 16, Seema Parihar is forced to take up arms.

Chambal’s second most dreaded lady dacoit after Phoolan Devi is born
Angered by the police, Seema forgot everything and chose the path of crime. He continued to commit robberies, kidnappings and murders. Seema had become the second biggest face of the gang after Lalaram. He took the responsibility of handling the entire gang. Seema started carrying out such horrific incidents that she was compared to Phoolan Devi. Other fellow dacoits started calling her the queen of the rugged.

The one who was kidnapped herself, now she started kidnapping others.
It was difficult to survive without money in the ravine. So Seema and her gang kidnapped and intensified the process of demanding ransom. He used to kidnap rich people, their children and wives and demanded ransom, would kill them if the ransom was not received. Seema’s name started making headlines in the newspapers. Till now, 200 kidnapping, 70 murders and 30 robbery cases were registered against him. Now Seema’s gang had enough money.

There was money but now the problem of weapons was coming. The weapons that Seema used to buy used to cheat her during the encounter with the police. Seema told the gang, “Now weapons will not be bought, they will be looted.” Seema along with her gang started raiding the police stations and started looting weapons from there.

Seema had stunned the police. Despite all the efforts, the police could not catch him. Seema would go to any police station in broad daylight and kill the policemen and loot their weapons. After these incidents, the fear of border among the people increased even more.

Those who had abducted made their lives haraam
The Sengar Thakurs dominated the village of Babin in the border. Only Seema’s father was Parihar Thakur. Due to extreme poverty, efforts were made to suppress Seema’s father. The entire family of Seema used to make a living by rearing goats.

At that time the village’s sarpanch and Sengar Thakur Gambhir Singh told Seema’s father, “Give your four daughters to the boys of our village and we will give you land and house. Father said, I am poor with money but not by family. I can never do that.” After that Gambhir Singh joined the bandits and got Seema kidnapped.

When Seema picked up the gun, she first targeted these Sengar Thakurs. Every day they were robbed, beaten and killed. The situation had become such that the Thakurs of Babin village had stopped coming out of their homes.

One of them’s name was Nirbhay, he has gone after raping our girl.”

Seema’s blood boils on hearing this but she stops herself. She again sends Nirbhay and some of the gang’s boys to some village to get ration. Nirbhay and the boys are late to return. Seema makes the boys stand in line and puts a gun to their chest and asks, “How did it take so long to come back from the village, 2 km away?” A boy says, “Nirbhay had entered a barber’s house and came by force with his girl, so it was late.”

What was it then, Seema throws Nirbhay out of his gang at 5 in the morning. And threatens to shoot her if she reappears.” Nirbhay leaves from there.
