CRPF: CRPF constable fired at his colleagues, 4 killed, 3 injured. India News – Times of India

Raipur: Four jawans of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPFThree were killed and three injured in firing by their aide inside a security camp of the paramilitary force in insurgency-hit Sukma district in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar region. The incident happened around 3.15 am on Monday.
“In a case of fraternity, constable Ritesh Ranjan The 50th Battalion of CRPF opened fire on company personnel at Lingalpally Camp at Maraiguda, Sukma. The exact reason behind the incident will be known soon. Ranjan used an AK-47 rifle to shoot.
Seven jawans were injured in the firing and four of them died on the spot, while three others were taken to a hospital in Bhadrachalam in neighboring Telangana state.
Preliminary investigation indicates that Ranjan had an argument with his associates over an issue which led to the incident.
The deceased personnel have been identified as Constable Dhanji. Rajeev Mandal, Rajmani Kumar Yadav, and Dharmendra KR while the wounded personnel under treatment are Dhananjay Kumar Singh, Dharmatma Kumar And Malaya Ranjan Maharana.
