Once again the trend of increasing new corona patients in the country has started showing. More than 7000 new cases were reported for the second consecutive day. According to the Ministry of Health, 7,584 patients were found in the country on Thursday and 24 people died. With this the number of patients has gone up to 4 crore 32 lakh 5 thousand 106. At the same time, till now 5 lakh 24 thousand 747 people have lost their lives due to this infection.

Earlier on Wednesday, 7,240 positives were found in the country and 8 people died. If you look at the trend of the last 7 days, then the corona patients in the country have increased two times. On June 3, there were only 3945 positives in the country. Now this number has increased to 7,584.

Maharashtra again tops in new cases, 2813 positives were found in 24 hours
Corona has once again gained momentum in Maharashtra. This state has the highest number of patients in the country. On Thursday, 2813 new cases were found in the state. 1047 people were also cured, while one patient died. In Maharashtra, there was an increase of 4% in new cases on Thursday as compared to Wednesday. In Mumbai alone, more than 1700 infected were found in the last 24 hours. In the last nine days (June 1 to June 9), new cases in Mumbai increased by 138% and active patients by 135%.

Maharashtra currently has 11,571 active cases. Of these, 70% of the active cases are in Mumbai alone. That is, in these 9 days, the active case has increased from 2970 to over 8000. Since the initial days of Corona, more than 79 lakh patients have been infected here, more than 77 lakh have been cured, while more than 1 lakh 47 thousand infected have lost their lives.

The pace is not stopping in Kerala
Corona in Kerala is not taking its name to stop. In the last 24 hours, 2193 new positive cases were found here, 1296 patients were cured. While 17 infected died. The positivity rate in Kerala is 11.50%, which means about 12 out of 100 patients are getting infected, which is much higher than other states. However, new cases decreased by 3% on Thursday as compared to Wednesday, that is, there was a slight decrease of 78 new cases on Thursday. On Wednesday, 2271 new infected were found.

Cases increased again in Delhi
New cases increased again in the capital Delhi on Thursday. On Thursday, 622 new patients were found in Delhi, 537 patients were cured. While 2 infected died. There was an increase of 10% in corona cases on Thursday as compared to Wednesday. On Wednesday, 564 new cases were found. The positivity rate in the capital has reached 3.12%. According to the Ministry of Health, the number of active cases in Delhi is 1774.

There is less danger of fourth wave in the country
Health experts say that now the possibility of a fourth wave of corona in the country is very less. Dr. Rommel Tikku, Director, Max Healthcare, said that if no new variant of the corona appears, then there is no danger of a fourth wave.
