College student Tejaswini’s body was found hanging in the shed of her lover’s farm house. The case pertains to Dharmavaram police station in Sathya Sai district of Andhra Pradesh, where a college student committed suicide in the form of her lover on Wednesday, May 4. The family members of the girl protested in front of the police station calling it gang rape and then murder.

It is being told that the girl and her lover had come to the Sadiq farm house to discuss marriage. After talking, Sadiq went to talk to his family. When he returned, he saw that the girl had committed suicide. But the family members of the girl say that the daughter was gang-raped and then murdered.

Sadiq and Tejaswini were in love for the last three years. According to Ramakant, deputy superintendent of police, Dharmavaram, the two had constant contact over the phone for nearly three years.

Tejaswini was a student of Bachelor of Pharmacy in Tirupati. While Sadiq used to work in Mellapally village. On May 4, Sadiq called the girl to meet him and both of them talked about marriage for about two hours. After that he came home to talk to his family about marriage and when he returned, he had committed suicide.

The DSP said that the post-mortem is being done by two female doctors. The investigation is on, something can be said only after the report.
