Four members of a ‘Bakarwal’ (nomadic community of goats) family were massacred heavy rain in a meadow Jammu and Kashmirof Baramulla district on Sunday, 12 September.
Four people of a Bakarwal family were found dead in the Kafrnar grassland in Rafiabad area of Baramulla district, police said.
