Trinamool leader Chhatradhar Mahato, accused of hijacking Rajdhani Express, has applied for parole to attend the marriage of the boys. He submitted the marriage cards of the boys to the court and applied for parole. However, the court did not pronounce the verdict.
Chhatradhar’s elder son Dhriti Prasad will get married on July 3 and the youngest son Devi Prasad will be married on July 5. Feast on 8th July. He has applied for parole in the city sessions court to attend the marriage of the boys. Submitted with the boys wedding card.
Mamta Banerjee’s government released the accused Chhatradhar from jail in 2020 under the section of UAPA. After that he was given the responsibility of planting flowers of grass in the forest. The NIA again arrested Chhatradhar from his house on the night of polling in Junglemahal in 2021. He was arrested in 2009 in the Rajdhani Express hijacking case. Since then he has been in prison for more than a year.
