Case India will provide skill training on loader backhoe operation, 8th pass can apply

Case Construction Equipment has started a skill development center to provide good understanding and training on loader backhoe operation. It aims to train 240 professionals every year, thus contributing to the skilling of Govt. India Mission, it says. Applicants in the age group of 18 to 35 years with minimum educational qualification class 8 are open to register for training. They should also be holders of LMV Commercial Driving License.

Apprentices may be employed with CNH dealers or customers or other loader backhoe dealers and construction sites. The employability of the trainees will depend on the placement opportunities available within the district or state. Already 30 trainees have been enrolled in the program and the first batch will start soon. “This initiative contributes to the Union Government’s Skill India Mission by training 240 professionals every year,” the company said.

The center is located at Sonwai, Rau, Pithampur. Training and accommodation will be provided free of cost. The 1200 square foot facility includes theory classes and two classrooms devoted to counseling.

The program will be broadly divided into key categories – Technical Skills, Product and Process Knowledge, Health and Safety, Soft Skills Grooming, which includes Interpersonal Skills, Personal Management, Work Life Sensitivity and Life Skills.

It will also provide periodic assessment in the form of basic computer knowledge assessment and certification, a post-training course that will be conducted by experts from CASE India and industry professionals. All trainees will be assessed and certified by the Infrastructure Equipment Sector Skill Council Roles and Responsibility.
