“Left and Right”, a collaboration single by BTS member Jungkook and American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, has topped the iTunes charts in 93 countries, the group’s agency said on Saturday. As reported by Yonhap news agency, Big Hit Music said the uplifting summer song, released the previous day, peaked at #1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 93 countries, including the United States, Canada, Denmark, Sweden and France.

The company said that the music video of the song has garnered nearly 15 million views on YouTube as of Saturday morning.

According to Warner Music, the tune, produced by Puth, will be included on his third full-length album “Charlie”, which is set to be released in the second half of the year.

For those unaware, during an interview with KIIS-FM at iHeartRadio Wango Tango, Charlie Puth accidentally confirmed the project was something that many will remember. “Fans believe you collaborated with BTS. “Are they going crazy?” inquired the interviewer. “I heard that too,” replied Charlie. My whole camp was clueless. In the meantime, fans are excited about the collaboration. They’ve been waiting for it as JK covered Charlie Puth’s smash hit, “We Don’t Talk Anymore.”

Their collaboration came days after the South Korean septet announced plans to take a break from group activities to focus on solo projects.

The two artists performed together on the stage of a South Korean music awards show in 2018.
