Looks like BTS singer and dancer Jimin has gotten some new tattoos and fans are pretty impressed. As the septet continued to allow dance on stage concerts at the Seoul Olympic Stadium on Thursday, BTS fans got another chance to catch a glimpse of their favorite musical artists. During a performance of the septet during the concert, fans noticed Jimin showing off a bunch of new tattoos. Eagle-eyed fans noticed Jimin’s new tattoos, and soon the subject started trending on social media platforms including Twitter. Fans have given their reactions by sharing screenshots of Jimin’s new tattoo. The 26-year-old South Korean singer has got a new tattoo of a crescent moon on the back of his neck, while behind his ear another man apparently reads the word “young” in cursive handwriting. However, it is not confirmed whether the singer has got a permanent tattoo or not.
Some fans have even speculated that Jimin’s crescent tattoo is inspired by the phase of the moon, which was July 9, 2013, the day BTS’ random name Legion was formed.
Another fan demanded a proper tattoo reveal by Jimin to end the growing speculation. As one fan tweeted, “Basically, we need to reveal a Geminis tattoo.”
However, one must note that this is not the first tattoo that Jimin has sported publicly. The K-pop star has a “Young Forever” tattoo on the back of both of his arms just above his elbow, a “13” on his wrist, and the ever-popular “Nevermind” across his ribs.
Apart from Jimin, Jungkook also gets many tattoos done on his body. The Grammy-nominated K-pop group Golden Mecca also has multiple holes in its face. Holes are visible on Jungkook’s eyebrows, lower lip and ears.
Currently, the band is holding a three-day concert in the capital of South Korea. Next month the band will perform as part of their second leg of the US concert in Las Vegas.
