BJP confident of victory in Bhawanipur

The BJP claimed that they were confident of winning the Bhabnipur assembly by-election by using the voting rate as a tool. BJP spokesperson Shamik Bhattacharya made this demand in a press conference on Thursday afternoon. “Voting has proved that Bhabnipur’s headache is not over who will be the chief minister,” he said.

Till 5 pm, 53.32 per cent votes were cast in Bhabnipur assembly constituency. After this, Shamikbabu said in the press conference, ‘The people of Bhabnipur do not have a headache in deciding who will be the next Chief Minister. The people of Bhabnipur have made it clear that they are not interested in the height at which this election has been held.

At the end of the day, BJP candidate Priyanka Tibrewal was seen protesting in front of Bhabnipur police station.
