‘Bigg Boss OTT’, which has made waves since the first promo was unveiled, will premiere on Voot Select on Sunday (August 8). Adding a new twist to the story, the makers have decided to present a digital version of the popular reality show. Interestingly, the show, which will be hosted by Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar, will air on Voot for six weeks.
Some of the popular names from the world of TV and OTT will join ‘Bigg Boss OTT’. The show will have its own grand finale and will be followed by top contestants in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 15’.
Viewers will get a chance to decide the penalties for the contestants and even play a big part in the eviction process. They can stream the episodes on VOOT and watch the activities of the contestants at any time.
The casting team has presented an interesting mix of contestants in ‘Bigg Boss OTT’. The show will feature popular TV celebs, singers, a Bhojpuri actress and even a choreographer.
The makers have promised ‘over-the-top and crazy content’. in the new season. It remains to be seen whether Zeeshan Khan, Neha Bhasin, Ridhima Pandit, Rakesh Bapat, Akshara Singh and Milind Gaba can create a stir during their stints on the show.
