Former Bigg Boss 13 contestants and TV actors Arti Singh and Devoleena Bhattacharjee are excited to see Umar Riaz play the lead in Bigg Boss 15. The press launch of the reality show featured Umar as one of the contestants of Bigg Boss 15, which was hosted by Arti and Devoleena. Pench Jungle Camp, in the Maharashtra-Madhya Pradesh border.
Umar is the brother of Bigg Boss 13 finalist Asim Riaz, who became a household name after participating in the show. Umar is a doctor by profession and was recently seen in a music video with Diljit Kaur and Saba Khan. In a pre-recorded video message, he said, “I couldn’t be happier because I have always loved Bigg Boss. I just want to tell everyone that there will be a ruckus.”
The upcoming season of the Salman Khan-hosted show will have a jungle theme and the contestants will have to survive several “crises (difficulties)” before entering the main house.
Other contestants who entered the show are Bigg Boss OTT finalists Prateek Sahajpal, Shamita Shetty and Nishant Bhat and television actor Donal Bisht. Actors Karan Kundrra, Tejashwi Prakash, Vishal Kotian, Simmba Nagpal, singers Akasa Singh and Afsana Khan are also rumored to participate in Bigg Boss 15.

When asked which side she will be in for this season, Devoleena said, “Although all the contestants are really good, I am really looking forward to see Umar Riaz as we all saw Asim in Bigg Boss 13 And I have heard that Umar is a little different from him. I have never met Umar but I can see that potential in him and I am sure he will do very well and I really hope he lives up to the expectations I have from him.
Expressing a similar sentiment, Arti said, “I am excited to see Umar on the show. Asim was so real and powerful in our season but we didn’t see Umar’s personality. So, I would like to see Omar. Also I haven’t really heard of other contestants so I’ll reserve my comment. If I am offered the show, I would love to do it again.”
Meanwhile, former Bigg Boss winners Rubina Dilaik, Shweta Tiwari and Gauahar Khan are also expected to enter the Bigg Boss 15 house. Three beautiful women will reportedly enter with their respective clans in line with this year’s theme “Jungle in Crisis”. Last year, Gauahar had entered the house as a senior along with Hina Khan and the late Sidharth Shukla.
