Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who did a swindler of 200 crores, had given Jacqueline Fernandez not only gifts of millions of crores but also the lure of woman centric superhero film. Sukesh had told Jacqueline that he would produce a three-part film with a budget of 500 crores for her. According to reports, this promise was also one of the plans to woo Jacqueline.

A source close to the case revealed that Sukesh was well aware that Jacqueline was looking for work in Bollywood. She was not signing too many films, so Sukesh promised Jacqueline to make a film in which the names of the A-list producers were dropped. Hollywood VFX artists were also promised to join the film and shoot it worldwide.
He also told Jacqueline that she is similar to Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie and that she deserves a superhero series built around her.

In the chargesheet, Jacqueline has also disclosed about her meeting with Chandrashekhar. She had said, ‘I have been talking to Sukesh since February 2017. He was arrested in August 2021, after which I never met him. He told me that he is the owner of Sun TV and is from Jayalalithaa’s political family. Apart from Jacqueline, Nora Fatehi is also reported to have received expensive gifts from Chandrashekhar. An expensive BMW was reportedly given to Nora by Sukesh.

Sukesh Chandrashekhar is a resident of Bangalore, Karnataka. It is said that he started duping people from the age of 17 to live a lavish lifestyle. After cheating in Bangalore, he targeted people in Chennai and other cities as well.
Sukesh used to call high-profile people and call himself a big government official. In 2007, he had duped more than 100 people in exchange for getting jobs in the Bangalore Development Authority, claiming himself to be a big government official. Sukesh was also arrested in this case. After his release from jail, Sukesh again continued the work of duping people. More than 30 cases are registered against Sukesh.
It is said that in Tamil Nadu, he used to call himself the son of former Chief Minister Karunanidhi. He has also cheated many people by claiming himself to be the nephew of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR Reddy.
