The Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate Exam or CUET UG 2024 will be held from May 15, 2024. The exam city slip will be released by today, May 5, and the admit cards will be available for downloading by the second week of May, Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar. Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) had said earlier.
“The National Testing Agency is likely to announce the City of Examination information for CUET-UG by 5th May or earlier. Downloading Admit Cards from the NTA website will begin in the second week of May 2024,” the chairman posted on microblogging site X.
Candidates must note that the admit cards will be issued later. The exam city slip is being released earlier to help students decide their travel and accommodation plans beforehand for the exam. Around 13.5 lakh students are set to take the exam this year.
CUET UG 2024 City Slip: How to download?
Step 1: Go to the official website of NTA CUET — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
Step 2: Select the CUET UG 2024 exam city slip link on the homepage.
Step 3: After being taken to a new page, enter the necessary information and press submit.
Step 4: The screen will show your city slip for the CUET UG 2024 exam.
Step 5: Save and print a copy for future reference.
The CUET UG 2024 is slated to commence on May 15 and will go on till May 24 for as many as 63 papers. The NTA will conduct the exam in hybrid mode — Computer-based test mode (CBT) as well as pen and paper mode. All the exams will be held for 45 minutes except for Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and General Test which will conducted for 60 minutes.
For admission to UG degrees provided in central, state, regional, and private universities, the CUET is held annually. UG admissions through CUET will be available at 261 universities this year. The CUET exam was administered for the first time in 2022.
