Parents expect teachers to make their children better citizens.
1. First of all know … what is the opinion of the teachers
- 43.2% teachers said- Children quickly learned the online system, taught it to parents as well, this thing is astonishing. 39.3% of teachers said that in the past year and a half, children’s ability to fight fears and fears on their own has surprised them. 17.5% of the teachers said that it is surprising that children without prior experience in e-learning give better results.

- 35.4% of teachers said That the course of child psychology should be compulsory for teachers. 26.7% of teachers want specialization courses to be conducted every year. 28.5% are of the opinion that there should be a skill test of teachers every two years and it should be linked to incentives. 9.3% want to have a Common National Test for B.Ed.
- 45.3% teachers said- Even if given a second chance, he would prefer to choose the profession of a teacher. 27.9% teachers would like to become IAS if they get another chance. 20% of teachers would like to do some profession if they get a chance to choose the profession again, while 6.8% would like to become a doctor or an engineer.
- 58.9% teachers said-Seeing a weak child succeeding gives a feeling of fulfillment as a teacher. 33.1% of the teachers said that seeing the respect in the eyes of the alumni of their school, they feel complete as a teacher. Whereas 7.9% of the teachers said that it is a pleasure to feel their contribution to the progress of the school.
- 41% parents said- Children’s trust in teachers is the most precious. 25.8% of teachers want their students to pursue a career as a teacher.
2. Know the answers to the questions that were asked by both teachers and parents
- 53.6% teachers and 47.9% parents said – the most important qualities of character, humility and concentration for the success of the child 13.2% of teachers and 21% of parents consider career focus essential. 31% of parents and 33.2% of teachers said that it is important for children to learn from home-school, happiness and sorrow, from every aspect of life.
- 55.5% of parents and 65.8% of teachers vote- Now if schools open, activities related to physical fitness should be increased 20.8% teachers and 27.2% parents said that the pre-corona routine was fine. 11.3% of parents and 9.5% of teachers believe that there should be a break after every 2 periods. 4% teachers and 6% parents said – school time is reduced.

3. Now understand what parents want
- 71.5% of parents want That the teachers inspire their children to become a better citizen. 21.5% of parents want the teacher to make the child prepare for the competitive exam. 6.1% of parents want extracurriculars to be less, studies more. Only 0.9% of parents want the teacher to pay extra attention to their child.
- 28.9% parents said- When the children stayed at home for one and a half years, it seemed that spending time together is more important for them than gifts.
- 28% came to know in the last one and a half years that children’s self-control is not less than that of adults. 27.8% saw many of the characteristics of children for the first time. 15.3% said that children were more attached to grandparents than what teachers had taught them.
- 61.4% parents said- Schools should not be opened until every child and teacher is vaccinated. In the current situation, even on the question of opening the school, the majority of the parents are with the school closed till the completion of the vaccination. However, there are also 38.6% parents who believe that schools should be opened immediately.
- 42.5% parents said- In one and a half years, children have better understood the challenges of family and parents. 28.1% of the parents admitted that children became irritable due to not being able to meet friends in one and a half years. 19% said that children’s habits have changed, become health conscious. 10.4% said that the importance of saving-money was understood by the children.
- 92% parents said- The results of the board should not be released without taking the examination, the competitive ability is less. Most of the parents are of the opinion that the model of assessment without examination was correct only in special circumstances during the Corona period. However, 8% of parents believe that without examination assessment, the pressure on children is less.
- 47.8% of parents believe That the real practical lessons of life are given by the teachers to the children. 41% of parents believe that children’s trust in teachers is the most important and priceless thing. While 11.8% said that the schools were closed, yet the teachers came home to teach the children, this dedication is huge.
- 67.5% of parents agree Self-discipline is the most important way to improve children who are addicted to gadgets. 18.9% of parents believe that smartphones should be given to children for a limited time. 11.9% believe that smartphone should not be given till 8th standard. 1.7% say that the data plan should be reduced to break the mobile habit.
