India’s power in the sea has increased further. ‘Visakhapatnam’ was commissioned into the Indian Navy’s fleet on Sunday. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh handed it over to the Navy in a ceremony held at Navy Dockyard Mumbai. Visakhapatnam, which keeps an eye on every weapon of the enemy in the sea, will further secure India’s maritime border.

The special thing is that Visakhapatnam has been made under Make in India and Self-reliant India. Visakhapatnam is made with 75% indigenous technology. Along with this, many techniques used in it are also completely indigenous.
