Grover published a brief teaser showing the structure of Third Unicorn and announced the launch of the business on LinkedIn. “At Third Unicorn we are building a company that is invisibly and quietly reshaping the market. Bootstrapped. Without the spotlight. And we’re doing it in a unique way. Quite differently” He said this in his post on the dedicated social networking site. Jobs.

Grover also released a slideshow showing a preview of his new business and stated that it would initially have only 50 employees. He also urged those who were willing to apply for the jobs to get hired. “Here’s a sneak peek of how we’re building, so check it out if you want to be part of the next TODU-FODU case! The million-dollar question is still what we’re building!” Additionally, Grover offered to give an employee a Mercedes if they stayed with Third Unicorn for five years. He said, “Gratuity to bejjati liye hoti hai.”
