A person named Shubhashish Chakraborty, a resident of Kolkata, told the police that he had killed his elder brother. When the police reached the spot, the body of his elder brother was literally lying there. His mouth was covered with a pillow. So that it seems that he has been killed by holding his breath. But the words of Shubhashish got the police suspicious. Later it was revealed that the man was not murdered, but he died of cerebral stroke.

During interrogation, Shubhashish Chakraborty told that his mother used to bear the expenses of both the brothers. After the death of the mother a few days ago, both were living on a pension of 15 thousand rupees.

The elder brother was apprehensive of death seeing his ill health. He also got pension. In such a situation, he gave an idea to his unemployed younger brother to survive. He told that after his death, he should tell the police about murder and go to jail. If he gets life imprisonment for murder, he will not worry about eating for the rest of his life. Following the elder brother’s advice, Shubhashish went to the police station. But the police caught his game.
