The ongoing Big Bash League continues with Covid-19 with Brisbane Heat being the latest team to report positive cases. Some players on the team tested positive for the virus on Tuesday morning, forcing them to pull out of their competition with the Perth Scorchers against the Sydney Sixers.
Brisbane Heat, Sydney Sixers, Perth Scorchers and Sydney Thunder are in Queensland and Cricket Australia has rescheduled the order of the three matches to be played this week. Heat vs Sixers will now take place on Wednesday while Scorers vs Thunder will be pushed back to Thursday.
