In July, there will be at least 15 days in a month when many banks across the country will be closed. Bank holidays include regional holidays and weekly holidays.

In the month of July, when banks will be closed for 15 days, 9 of them will be regional off, which means that not all banks will remain closed in all states, but it will be a region-wise holiday.

While the remaining 6 days will be weekly holidays.

However, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha on July 21, banks will remain closed in almost the entire country.

  1. 12 July 2021 – Kang (Rathajatra)/Ratha Yatra
  2. 13 July 2021 – Bhanu Jayanti
  3. 14 July 2021 – Drukpa Tshechi
  4. 16 July 2021 – Harela
  5. 17 July 2021 – U Tirot Singh Day / Kharchi Puja
  6. 19 July 2021 – Thungkar Tshechu of Guru Rimpochee
  7. 20 July 2021 – Bakrid
  8. 21 July 2021 – Bakri Eid (Eid-ul-Zuha) (Eid-Ui-Adha)
  9. 31 July 2021 – Ker Puja
