Australian player tries to imitate Jasprit Bumrah in home match, laughs Watch

India’s fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is fast emerging as the most popular Indian cricketer across the globe. The reason for this is not only his success, but also his iffy bowling action, which has received wide reactions over the years. Here is Australian batsman Nick Maddinson, who tried some experiments and copied Bumrah while bowling in the 151st over of the Sheffield Shield match between Victoria and Western Australia. His action was such that many on Twitter called it a Chinese copy of Bumrah. Meanwhile, the commentator and wicket-keeper quickly recognized whom Maddinson had copied.

And here are some of the top reactions that will leave you stunned.

The match ended in a draw but Western Australia were crowned Sheffield Shield winners for only their second Shield title in two decades. They were 400/7, with Victoria leading by 480 runs before players from both teams decided to join hands.

This is not the first time that players have tried to imitate Bumrah. Earlier, his former captain Virat Kohli had tried to imitate him, playing the second Test against Sri Lanka in Bengaluru, which was a day-nighter. Thereafter, Kohli took the ball and tried to emulate the bowler right in front of him, which was hilarious to say the least.
