KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty return from Germany after prior surgery
Actress Athiya Shetty was seen returning from Germany with boyfriend KL Rahul after surgery.
Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty might not be very old in the industry, however, she has a huge fan following on social media. She is also often in the limelight for her relationship with Indian cricketer KL Rahul. The actress recently went to Germany with him and now the couple has returned to India. They were clicked by the paparazzi at the Mumbai airport and Athiya could be seen with them like a concerned partner. According to reports, KL Rahul suffered a back injury and underwent surgery.
Athiya can be seen wearing a black t-shirt which she has teamed up with a black shrug and white trousers. Rahul, on the other hand, was wearing a white T-shirt with a blue jacket. watch the video:
Athiya and Rahul have been dating each other for more than three years and made their relationship public only about a year ago. Last year, KL reached the screening of Ahan Shetty’s debut film Tadap with the Rahul Shetty family. The appearance marked the couple’s first public appearance together.
Earlier, in April, rumors of their marriage were doing the rounds. It was being said that both would tie the knot in December. Athiya’s father, actor Suniel Shetty reacted to the rumours and told ETimes, “She is my daughter, she will get married sometime. I want my son to get married too, the sooner the better. It’s their choice. As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I am in love with that guy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Both daughter and son are responsible (my daughter and son both are responsible people). I want them to decide. My blessings are always with him.”
