It is revealed that Aryan’s mother Gauri Khan has planned counseling sessions and health check-up for her boy as he was away from home in jail and was not eating properly. Outside Shah Rukh’s house Mannat, a large throng of fans celebrated Aryan’s return with drums, while some were seen holding a “Welcome Home” banner. Shah Rukh’s personal bodyguard Ravi Singh received the 23-year-old star kid outside the jail premises. Aryan’s release was postponed by a day following a court order after actress Juhi Chawla’s bailiff did not reach the jail by 5.30 pm on Friday. However Juhi Chawla, close friend and Shah Rukh’s co-star in several films, managed to complete the formalities of permanent bail.
Meanwhile, the Bombay High Court has listed 14 conditions for his bail – Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and he has to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) every Friday. The conditions included “not to leave the country without permission,” not to engage in similar activities, not to communicate with other accused like his friend Arbaaz Merchant and not to speak to the media.
Aryan was previously denied bail twice, in both the case by a magisterial court in Mumbai and a special anti-drug court. Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court along with two other co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case.
