Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are reportedly living separately to give each other space.
Over the past several weeks, speculations have been making the rounds regarding the relationship between Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly. The two started dating back in 2020 and got engaged; however, they were subjected to repeated rumours of infidelity, leaving fans curious about where their relationship stands today. Amid all the rumours, a fresh report suggested that the couple is presently “living separately” while working on their relationship.
According to a US Weekly report, while the Transformers actress is residing in Malibu, Kelly has been staying at their Encino home. “They did this arrangement to give each other some space while still being together,” the outlet reports, citing a close source. Noting that Fox and Kelly have always been through “ups and downs” in their relationship, the source further adds, “They are at a low moment right now. It changes every day. Fox has even asked friends to set her up with other people.”
In addition to this, the source also revealed that the couple, despite being engaged, has “no plans” of getting married anytime soon, but their friends aren’t convinced that they will end their relationship. “Friends around them don’t see them completely ending the relationship, as they truly change their minds every day. However, Fox hasn’t been wearing her ring, has a hard time trusting MGK, and knows it’s her own insecurities,” it said.
Another source, while speaking to US Weekly, claimed that Fox and Kelly “can’t stop fighting with each other and have a very toxic relationship.”
These developments come shortly after Megan Fox sparked breakup rumours by deleting most of her pictures with Kelly and unfollowing him on Instagram. She was also seen sharing the lyrics of the song Dishonesty.
The Jennifer’s Body actress recently spoke about her relationship on a podcast and said, “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption.”
Mentioning that she doesn’t want to comment on the status of her relationship, Fox explained, “What I can say is that is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
