Apple Watch saved Haryana dentist’s life by showing fault in ECG, this is Tim Cook’s

New Delhi: Haryana resident and dentist Nitesh Chopra suffered the blow of his life when he found that he had 99.9 per cent blockage in his arteries when he visited a hospital with irregularities in the ECG measured via Apple Watch Series 6. was found, which he had. Chopra underwent surgery and spent a few days in the hospital and was discharged with a stent in his heart.

“We were lucky that nothing bad happened. It was the Apple Watch that really gave an indication that because my husband is in his early 30s, we would never have imagined him suffering from blocked arteries, “The dentist’s wife was quoted by News18.

“It was the Apple Watch that really gave the signal because in my husband’s early 30s we would never have imagined that he must be suffering from blocked arteries.”

Overwhelmed, the dentist’s wife wrote a thank-you note to Apple CEO Tim Cook for the technology that was instrumental in saving her husband’s life and sent him an email. In his email, he had mentioned that they reached the hospital only because of the technology provided by Apple. She wished Cook lots of love and happiness and thanked her husband for giving life.

Responding to her email, the Apple CEO wrote: “I’m so glad you sought medical attention and got the treatment you needed. Thanks for sharing your story with us. Be well. Best, Tim ,” the email read.
