“Answer me like a good girl,” said Likud MK Mickey Zohar to the chairman of the arranging committee MK Idit Silman In a Knesset session on Monday morning.
In a video shared on Twitter by Army Radio, Zohar can be heard speaking on Silman, who has been threatened with death, as she attempts to silence the committee.
“Who are you anyway? Answer me like a good girl,” said Johar with disdain after Silman refused to stop the proceedings to answer his question.
Before the meeting, Zohar spoke to Army Radio, scheduling the committee vote at 8:30 a.m., an “impossible time”, and said it was too early in the day to schedule the meetings.
Committee members then continued to speak on Silman as he tried to restore order.
