Bollywood Actress Ananya Panday’s grandmother and Chunky Pandey’s mother passed away on Saturday, July 10. Chunky was seen reaching his residence for the last rites. She was 85 years old at the time of his death. His wife Bhawna Pandey and daughter Rysa Panda were also stopped by the paparazzi as soon as they reached their residence. Ananya was out for a professional commitment but later joined her family in mourning the death of her loved one.
In 2019, the actress had shared a heartfelt video on Instagram on the occasion of her grandmother’s 83rd birthday. “Happy Birthday to my forever young grandma!!! ️ 83 AND STILL AWESOME – AND ON MY SONG!!! Kitna Khas Hai (ft @ahaanpandayy the enthu Cutlet )”, she wrote along with the video in which she was dancing with her cousin Ahaan Pandey.
