Despite being among the signatories of a joint letter issued by nineteen opposition parties including Congress, Left, Trinamool Congress, Samajwadi PartyAnd this Aam Aadmi Partyannouncing a boycott of the inauguration of the new Parliament House by Prime Minister Narendra ModiThe National Conference leader expressed the sentiment “better late than never”.
