Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s divorce case with Aaliya Siddiqui has been making headlines for quite some time now.
The Bombay High Court has advised Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya to amicably resolve their issues regarding their children. This comes after the actor approached the court with a habeas corpus petition, seeking to know the whereabouts of his children, who are with his estranged wife.
As per Pinkvilla’s report, a division bench of Justices AS Gadkari and PD Naik asked Nawaz and his wife to talk to each other to resolve their issues. “Talk with each other and settle communication and visitation rights between father and children. If it can be worked out, well…resolve the matter amicably…resolve the issues.” ”
During the court proceedings, advocate Pradeep Thorat, representing Nawaz, also informed the judges that though the actor was under the impression that his children were in Dubai, he recently received a mail from their school claiming that their children are not attending classes.
However, when Aaliya’s lawyer was asked about this, he clarified that the children are with their mother. “They want to continue their education here. The respondent (abandoned wife) is considering all options,” the lawyer said.
Meanwhile, earlier today Aaliya Siddiqui also accused Nawaz of allegedly raping her. In a video shared on her official Instagram account on Friday, Aaliya claimed that she has filed a police complaint against him Bollywood Star at Versova Police Station in Mumbai.

Earlier this month, Nawazuddin also reacted to the whole controversy and told Instant Bollywood, “Look, I obviously don’t want to comment on all this, but yes, my kids’ schooling is getting affected in all this. . My kids study in Dubai and they are here for a month. My only appeal is that my children go to school. That’s it.”
