Arvind Kejriwal meets Uddhav; urges Opposition parties to unite against BJP before 2024 polls

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray in Mumbai on Friday, where the leaders discussed the recent developments regarding the Shiv Sena name.

Arriving in Mumbai along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP leader Raghav Singh Chaddha, Kejriwal said the Shiv Sena faction led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had stolen the name and symbol of Uddhav’s party.

Kejriwal urges opposition parties to unite for 2024 elections

Talking to media persons here, he said that the plan to meet the former Maharashtra Chief Minister was in the pipeline for the last three years. The Delhi CM claimed that he could not meet Thackeray due to coronavirus protocols.

Furthermore, he revealed his plans for the next general elections and said that there is a need for the opposition parties to unite to fight the battle against the Bharatiya Janata Party. Kejriwal claimed, “Aam Aadmi Party is not just an alternative but a solution. Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann have set the benchmark for good governance.”

Without naming the recent development in the Adani-Hindenburg research report, Kejriwal claimed that Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) would soon turn into loss. Kejriwal said, “I have heard that LIC will soon be in loss.”
