Amazon: For the festive season, Amazon adds over 1 lakh jobs – Times of India

Bengaluru: Amazon India said it has created more than 110,000 seasonal jobs ahead of the festive season. Jobs are in cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata. Lucknow and Chennai.
Most of these new employees join Amazon’s existing network of affiliates and will support them to pick up, pack, ship, and deliver customer orders. New employees also include customer service associates, some of whom are part of a virtual customer service model that offers the convenience of working from home.
