Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who was recently in South Korea to attend the Gucci Cruise 2024 fashion show, shared a series of pictures from the event on Wednesday wearing a short black dress with polka-dotted cut-outs. However, netizens are calling out Alia for allegedly posting “photoshopped” images on her Instagram account.
A post on Reddit claims that Alia has allegedly photoshopped her face, hands and feet in one of the images shared on Instagram. People reacted instantly to this post which went viral on social media platforms.
One user wrote, ‘Too much face refinishing on the right picture. Even airbrushing compared to the left picture.” Another commented, “I notice she always Photoshops her arms. Her face is also photoshopped to make it appear longer and thinner. Her Instagram photos are always very different from real life but she tries to subtly do it so it’s not too obvious.” A third user commented, “Mid-right in the seat area and around her waist Distortion is visible in the background. The legs and neck also appear to be greasy. The problem for me is not that Alia’s post is photoshopped. It is not uncommon among celebrities. The primary issue for me is that the photoshopped poorly done.”
This has come to the fore after Alia Bhatt was trolled for carrying an empty bag at the Gucci show. Some sharp-eyed social media users noticed that there was nothing in her bag. The luxurious but empty bag left netizens confused.
Videos and pictures from inside the event revealed that Alia Bhatt was sitting next to K-pop singer IU aka Lee Ji-eun. In addition to Aaliyah and IU, the show also featured several South Korean stars including Squid Game star Lee Jung-jae, Woo Doo-hwan, Jung Kyung-ho, Lee Soo-hyuk, Lee Jae-hoon, The Boys members Younghoon and Jooyen, Espa Winter.
