Akhilesh insulting scientists without vaccine, Priyanka only on election tourism: Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has accused his political opponents of continuously attacking Akhilesh Yadav And Om Prakash Rajbhar tried to polarize voters before the election by taking the name of Mohammad Ali Jinnah. In an exclusive interview to News18.com, she also said that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was only doing “election tourism” in the state.

“One never saw Priyanka Gandhi Taking election tours in UP during and now during Covid-19 is hardly going to help in his case. Despite being an MP from Azamgarh, all opposition leaders including the SP leader did not visit any place or family during the entire Kovid-19 epidemic. It is easier to spew random comments while sitting in the comfort of homes than to be on the ground,” the CM told News18.com.

Yogi Adityanath further said that Akhilesh Yadav One should be ridiculed for not taking the Covid-19 vaccine yet. Yadav had earlier said that he would take the vaccine only after everyone in the state was vaccinated. “He is insulting our scientists and doctors and is putting innocent lives at risk. Ensuring the health and well-being of ourselves and others should be a priority over politics. What kind of example is he setting for the general public? Such leaders should be ridiculed and not respected.

The chief minister was also extremely critical of Akhilesh Yadav’s latest aide. Om Prakash Rajbhari, who was in alliance with the BJP in the previous elections, and rejected any influence of the opposition alliance on his party’s prospects in Purvanchal (East UP). Referring to Rajbhar’s recent remark, the CM said, “Citizens of UP will never trust a person who is a blackmailer and believes that Jinnah deserved to be the PM of the country.”

Yogi Adityanath said the Uttar Pradesh Election 2022 “being polarized but in favor of development, stable law and order and safety of women” and claimed that his government was talking about development of the state and has provided employment to youth in record numbers.

The Chief Minister took a dig at Akhilesh Yadav for claiming that the Purvanchal Expressway was a Samajwadi Party project, terming it as a stunt. “The approval of token amount for a project two months before the election and not approving the tender and leaving the project in half does not make any claim on their point of view. It was a stunt. We have re-evaluated the projects, brought down the cost through a fresh tender and executed it within time,” the CM said.
