Much awaited action flick starring Sooryavanshi Akshay Kumar And Katrina Kaif It is finally coming to theaters this Diwali. The Rohit Shetty directorial was originally scheduled to release in March 2020 but the Covid-19 pandemic played a bad game for a long time. Fortunately, the producers stuck to a theatrical release. Now, as Sooryavanshi is just two weeks away from its release, the makers are excited about the promotional songs of the film.
In the first line is Aila Re Ella featuring the trio of Akshay, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh. Ajay and Ranveer will be seen in extended cameos in Sooryavanshi. Akshay has shared the teaser of the song on his social media handle. The three actors are dressed in police uniforms, and have recreated the popular Singham style dance steps for the song.
“This Diwali, be back in theaters with Sooryavanshi releasing on 5th November. Here’s a teaser for the festivities in store. Ella re ella song tomorrow,” Akshay said in the caption of the teaser video on social media.
The makers are also planning to release the remake of the iconic song Tip Tip Barsa Paani before the release of the film. In the song, Katrina and Akshay are trying to bring back the magic of the 90s. The original song for the 1994 action thriller Mohra was performed by Raveena Tandon and Akshay.

Meanwhile, the Central Board of Film Certification has cleared the film with a U/A certificate without any cuts. Duration of Suryavanshi is 145 minutes or 2 hours 25 minutes. The film will release on November 5 and is the first major Bollywood film to release in theaters since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Akshay’s Bell Bottom released in cinemas on August 19, but due to the closure of cinemas in Maharashtra and some other states, the box office collection of the film was hampered.
Rohit and Akshay decided to release Sooryavanshi in cinemas only after the Maharashtra government gave permission for the resumption of the cinema business. Earlier this month, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said after meeting theater representatives that theaters would reopen in the state from October 22.
