New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set to give a grand welcome to the Prime Minister. Narendra Modi In the national capital on Sunday after returning from a successful US trip.
Prime Minister Modi, returning from a historic three-day visit to the US, will be welcomed with drums and drums by thousands of his supporters and party workers in the national capital.
Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta, seven MPs from Delhi, Mayors of three BJP-ruled municipal corporations, members of NDMC and senior party functionaries will also be present to welcome the Prime Minister.
Speaking to ANI, Delhi BJP President Gupta said that all the MPs have been asked to reach the technical area of the airport where a platform has been set up.
“A big platform has been set up to welcome the Prime Minister and welcome him. The garland has been specially curated with flowers from different regions of the country to welcome his successful visit. Around 100 Dhols and Nagars are from here. Will be there to welcome PM Modi in different states,” Gupta said.
A distance of 1.5 km has been covered for the arrival of the Prime Minister.
PM Modi is expected to reach the national capital at around 10 am today after his US visit. Through the welcome meeting, the party aims to thank the Prime Minister for his successful visit to the US for putting India’s strategic and national interest to the world.
