Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said the government is aiming to increase defense exports from the current $1.5 billion to $5 billion by 2024-25.

The 14th edition of Aero India, India’s biggest aerospace and defense exhibition, entered its second day on Monday with more aero spectacles that left the audience in awe.

Defense Ministers of friendly countries will participate in the meeting, which is organized under the theme ‘Shared Prosperity through Enhanced Connectivity in Defense (SPEED)’.
