New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday (July 10, 2022) inaugurated Lulu Mall in the state capital Lucknow. UAE-based billionaire Yusufali MA’s Lulu Group’s mall is said to be the largest mall in North India. After inaugurating it, Adityanath along with Yusufali visited the mall and visited its major attractions including the mega Lulu hypermarket and family entertainment area Fantura.
Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana and former Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma were also present at the inauguration ceremony. Yusufali thanked Yogi Adityanath and the Uttar Pradesh government for their full support.

15 Fine Dining Restaurants, Cafes In Lucknow’s Lulu Mall
Located at Amar Shaheed Path in Golf City, Lulu Mall will be home to some of the biggest brands in India. To cater for the diverse tastes of each visitor, the mall has 15 fine dining restaurants and cafes, and a spacious food court with 25 brand outlets that can seat 1600 patrons.
Spread over 2.2 million square feet, Lulu Mall will also have a dedicated wedding shopping area with the best jewelry, fashion and premium watch brands.
An 11-screen PVR superplex will be launched later this year. The mall will be equipped with a dedicated multi-level parking facility for over 3,000 vehicles.
With the launch, Lulu Group International now has five malls in India, the others being in Kochi, Bengaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur.

Yusufali MA, 66, the driving force behind the group and a friendly and well-connected businessman, has been expanding his business activities over the years and the latest supermarket in Lucknow will also be one of the biggest investments to come. BJP ruled Uttar Pradesh is the largest state in the country by population.
A prominent name in South India, especially in Kerala, Ali’s native place, Lulu Group is primarily known for its huge supermarkets. Interested in a range of business sectors including real estate, the group has a significant presence in several Gulf countries as well as in the US, UK, Italy and China among others.
Who is UAE-based billionaire Yusufali?
Born in Thrissur district of Kerala, Yusufali completed his schooling before moving to Gujarat to do business management. He left the country for Abu Dhabi in 1973 to join the EMKE group of companies and founded Lulu Hypermarket in 2000, which now has operations in 22 countries in the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Europe. It has a total of 235 retail stores.
According to reports, LuLu Group has 18 hypermarkets and 7 shopping malls in the pipeline.
