Allegedly, he has also misused his personal photo collection. She filed a complaint against him, following which the Nungambakkam police arrested him on Tuesday.
Subhash, who belongs to Pudukkottai in Tamil Nadu, was arrested from his hideout in the city. Police have registered cases under IPC section 509 (insulting women) and section 506(1) (criminal intimidation) of IPC for dissemination of sexually explicit material in electronic form under the IT Act.
Apart from making derogatory remarks against his character, Subhash has also been accused of stealing Parvathy’s valuables. On October 20, she lodged a complaint with the Nungambakkam police station about some missing items. In the complaint, Parvati mentioned that her two watches, which cost Rs 10 lakh each; A laptop worth Rs one lakh and two mobile phones were missing. Subhash had filed a counter-complaint against Parvati regarding the allegation of theft. In his statement to reporters, he said that these allegations were fake; Instead, the Vella Raja actress assaulted him. Subhash was working at Parvati’s house on Sterling Road for 2 years.
On the work front, Parvathy will play the female lead in famous Punjabi singer Akhil’s upcoming song Khanabadush. The release date of this romantic number is not known yet.
