Actor-director Seeman praises Tanakaran, praises the cast and crew of the film

Tamil period action cop drama Tanaakkaran hit the theaters on April 8 this year and was appreciated for its realistic portrayal of how young police trainees face hardships in their lives. The film has also received appreciation from actor and director Seeman.

In an interview, Seeman appreciated all aspects of the film. According to the director, films made from real-life experiences tend to connect more emotionally. Seeman said that director Tameez has chosen a unique style of storytelling and has created an engaging script for it.

He said that the film tells how candidates for police service were selected in 1982 and rejected due to regime change in Tamil Nadu. According to Seeman, these candidates were harassed continuously for 15 years before they were appointed in 1998.

Seeman said that when a film is translated from script to visual format, aspects like actors, best technicians and pre-production work are very relevant. He praised director Tameez, who carefully planned all these aspects.

Seeman also praised the cast of the film. According to the Miga Miga Avasaram actor, each member has played his role perfectly. Seeman also lauded the editor (Philomin Raj) for editing as per director Tameez’s vision. Siman said that Philomin realized that even the slightest mistake on his part could ruin a lot of brilliant efforts.

Seeman also praised music director Ghibran for doing his job well. He ended his post by congratulating the entire team behind Tanaakkaran.

Tanaakkaran Tameez’s directorial debut. Tamiz has worked as a police constable for 12 years. His experience as a police constable helped him with many of the real-life references included in the film.
